Printer Fuel is a family business. Cushla started it in 2008 and still runs it today. We opened for a simple reason. New Zealanders were getting ripped off on printer ink and toner, and we knew it could be done properly for a lot less without dropping the quality.

More than seventeen years on, we have shipped hundreds of thousands of cartridges to homes and businesses all over the country. Most of our customers come back, and plenty of them send us their friends and family.

What we sell

We stock compatible, remanufactured and genuine cartridges. If you are not sure what you need, tell us your printer and how you use it and we will point you to the right one. Sometimes that is a genuine cartridge. Often it is a quality compatible that does the same job for a lot less, in some cases up to 60 percent below the big brand retail price. We would rather get you the right cartridge than the dearest one.

There is a lot of cheap rubbish sold online, and it has given compatible cartridges a bad name. We do not sell it. Our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are made in some of the best factories in the world, with failure rates that stand up next to the original brands. Our genuine cartridges come straight from the official New Zealand distributors. When you order from us you get a cartridge that works properly, order after order.
